Q.In what order should I use your skin care products?
To take care of your skin and and feel Nourished to achieve Glowing Radiant skin, follow this simple skin care regimen:

Cleanse every day, twice a day, using a high quality, sulfate-free facial cleanser.

Tone your skin with a pH balanced toner after cleansing to close pores.

Give your skin extra care twice daily with a concentrated facial serum and eye cream to Defy the aging signs. For blemish-prone skin, give it extra care once or twice daily with a spot treatment.

Apply full Moisturizing cream morning (apply with sunscreen if under the sun ) and night.
Q.What do you recommend for sensitive skin?
Our Gold Collection is Designed for even the most Sensitive Skin. In the Rare case that you experience Redness or Irritation, please Discontinue. We suggest you do a patch test by Simply applying a small amount inside part of your arm or neck and wait for 24 hours to determine if you are allergic or not.
SHIPPING OVERVIEW: Presently, we offer free shipping within U.S for all your orders. We use USPS priority mailing and we hope to expand our carriers in future. If you need Expedited shipping, please email info@naturalessenceskincare.com and we will reply ASAP. We promise to ship out your order within 1 to 2 business days unless your order is out of stock. We use all Natural ingredients and so to guarantee freshness of our products, we go with reasonable production batches at a time. Expect to receive your orders within 2 to 3 business days depending on your location. We are working on international shipping arrangements and will update you soon.
RETURN POLICY: Your total satisfaction is our goal and we promise to uphold that every step of the way. We know you will fall in Love with our high-quality products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any aspect of your order, we will endeavor to solve the problem. We want you to have a positive experience each time and we will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our All Natural products with concern for Safety and hygiene, we can not restock or resell any returned product. So we have limited return approval. We will happily accept your return within 14 days of purchase if you received the wrong item, shipment damage or any other reason accepted by our CEO. First, you will send us an email at info@naturalessenceskincare.com or call at (330)305-2639 to receive return instructions. Our policy lasts 14 days, so If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any reason.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
